Here are a few things people often ask before booking a strategy call.

This is a short conversation where we learn about your business, your goals, and the challenges you're trying to solve with marketing.

If there's a clear opportunity for us to help, we'll outline what a growth strategy and potential partnership could look like. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction if we can.

Our best fits are businesses that already have product-market fit and are ready to scale acquisition responsibly, typically $1M–$50M in annual revenue, founder-led or operator-led, with at least one person internal who owns the marketing function.

We're a strong match for companies that have outgrown a freelance setup but aren't yet looking to hire a 20-person agency. If you want operators on a short list of accounts, we're worth the conversation.

We're industry-agnostic with a few caveats. Our deepest expertise is in DTC commerce, professional services, B2B SaaS, and education / info-product businesses, those are where our frameworks tend to compound fastest.

We'll respectfully pass on industries where we know our experience won't serve you well (regulated finance, healthcare diagnostics, ad-restricted verticals like cannabis or firearms), and we'll tell you upfront if we don't think we're the right team for your specific business.

Some of our best engagements have started exactly there. "Marketing didn't work" almost always traces back to one of three things: the offer wasn't dialed in, the unit economics weren't real, or the execution was disconnected from strategy.

On our first call we'll work backward through your previous attempts and identify which of those (or which combination) was actually the issue. If the answer is "none of those, the market is wrong," we'll tell you that too.

It depends on what you're starting with. Cleaner accounts and dialed offers can show meaningful movement in 30–60 days. Most engagements start to show real signal in the 60–90 day window, and the compounding work, the systems, the creative engine, the customer model, pays out across 6–12 months.

Anyone telling you they'll 5× your business in week one is selling you something we don't believe in. We'll be honest with you about timelines from the first conversation.

That's actually a great reason to book the call. Most of our intake conversations are with founders or operators who know something needs to change but haven't pinned down what.

Part of what we do on the call is help you separate the symptoms (lead volume, CAC, conversion) from the underlying issue (offer, audience, infrastructure). Even if we don't end up working together, you'll usually leave the conversation with a clearer picture of what's actually needed.
